The first week is a trial period for both you and your employee. The employee will be paid the agreed upon salary for that week. If you choose to continue their employment, the Agency fee will be due and payable at that time. You may pay the fee by check or credit card.
Option 1 – Basic
Agency fee is based on 13% of the gross annual salary with a 3-month replacement

Option 2* – Upgraded
Agency fee is based on 15% of the gross annual salary with a 6-month replacement
Includes:
LA County Criminal Background check, plus an additional county by county search, as well as a peripheral search, of all locations lived in for the past seven years.

Option 3 – Extended
Agency fee is based on 18% of the gross annual salary with a 9-month replacement
Includes:
LA County Criminal Background check, plus an additional county by county search, as well as a peripheral search, of all locations lived in for the past seven years.

No Agency fee for temporary vacation relief (with ample notice) within the replacement time period.
Temporary and Baby Nurse fees are based on 25% of the total salary paid the employee. There is a minimum fee of $250.00.
Providing a replacement to our clients is a priority at our Agency. Should your employee resign or be terminated for any reason, we will replace that person at no charge, as many times as necessary, within the time period you choose.
Salaries
Weekly salaries range from $600 to $1000 depending on the position, how many hours and days you require, your budget and the past salary history of the candidate. It is important to discuss all manners of payment, i.e., weekly or bi-monthly and net vs. gross before your person begins. We are there to assist you in finalizing the offer, to insure that both parties are clear on what to expect.
All of our clients provide their employees with at least six paid holidays per year and a minimum of one week’s paid vacation the first year and two weeks for each additional year. Additional benefits may include health insurance and 401K plans. Any employee that is using their own car on the job should be reimbursed for gas and mileage. Additional benefits may include maintenance and car insurance.
